The Most Exciting Season of Sports

Sports Commentary

It is the busy season for sports fans in America. The baseball season is about to enter the playoffs as it looks for a Mr. October.

The NFL is underway and the NBA is about to embark on their eighty two game schedule and in all this the NHL will be playing on the national sports scene.

With in all this there will be collage football and the myriads of bowl games. For sure there will be excitement every night for everyone. Billions of dollars will be spent and a equal amount of adult beverages as well.

The winter will be upon the country and millions will flock to a local sports bar to amplify riveleries

The Boston red Sox to face the New York Yankees; green Bay Packers facing Brett Favre on the frozen tundra;
The Cleveland Cavilers without Labron James to face the Miami Heat with Labron James and of course hockey is never with some thrill.

Yet no matter the sport Americans will be on the front lines betting on lines of points for their team to win.

This is the busiest time in major sports.

Currently the NFL has brought us some surprises and a few disappointments.

The NBA is set to sail with its preseason beginning October 3 New York Knicks and newly acquired Amare staudimire will face the Milwaukee Bucks on the same day the Orlando Magic will face the  New Jersey Nets.

This years NBA will be nothing short of interesting especially
with the games between Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers but the team to beat is the Boston Celtics.

In the Western Conference the question is will the Lakers remain the Kings or will that boast finally sink and we can stop hearing about Kobe Bryant?

One could only hope.
Or will the Phoenix Suns rise to the top with a repeat of play from last year finishing third in the western conference but ending up losing to the Lakers in the western conference finals?

In the Eastern Conference will the Knocks make the playoffs and will Chicago get back to is winning ways post Jorden?

Last  season the Cleveland Cavilers and Orlando Magic held sway but both
were ejected and will this effect Orlando more then Cleveland ?

The answer is no. I look for Orlando to finally be ready to battle and take the step toward the NBA finals with Dewight Howard training hard he will be ready to bang with Labron and the Miami Heat.

The Miami Heat and the Magic will clash twice in the preseason Friday , October 22 on ESPN and Friday @ Miami October 29 that game also on ESPN.
Then they will not meet again until the regular season November 24 in Orlando you can catch that game on NBATV.

It may be the wish of some NBA fans that there be a refreshment of
different teams.
Currently Miami has the odds on favorite to win just based on personnel but they still have to play the game.

The beast of the east has been tamed by the best in the west can that continue? Well there are 2460 games and thirty teams.

Now with that said it will be exciting.
